Aggregate Source, Permit No. M-77-193 <br />Please be advised that on July 27, 1998, Tezak Heavy Equipment Co. Inc., whose address and telephone <br />number are 804 South First Street, Canon City, CO 81212; (719) 269-1173, submitted a retluest for <br />partial reclamation responsibility release for the T.H.E. Aggregate Source, Permit No. M-77-193. The <br />construction materials extraction operation is located at or near Section 31, Township 185, Range 70W, <br />6th Prime Meridian, in Fremont County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained <br />from, the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />(303) 866-3567. Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible.
