This <br />minor revision updates the ownership and control information as <br />well as miscellaneous adjudication information related to Seneca <br />Coal Company. <br />Based on the attached letter and your adequacy letter dated June 7, <br />1999, additional information has been updated to the OSM-AVS for <br />the Seneca Coal Company - P & L Coal Holdings Corporation <br />Organizational Family Tree. Following a phone conversation I had <br />• with OSM-AVS personnel in Kentucky, they are working diligently <br />with our corporate personnel to approve what has been submitted <br />with regard to this corporate structure. The following materials <br />are to be inserted into the permit document. after the minor <br />revision has been approved. <br />1. In Attachment 3-5, replace the organizational chart and the <br />listing of Officers and Directors for P & L Coal Holdings <br />Corporation flNL7L, with the revised pages. <br />Enclosed are the revised materials.
