You also indicated that a <br />Technical Revision should be done in connection with the second transaction. As opposed to a <br />Minor Revision, the Technical Revision will provide more complete notice to the public and will <br />also allow more manageable time frames for the Division to review the changes. Based on your <br />instructions, we plan to submit the Transfer of Ownership application as quickly as possible, <br />perhaps even before the end of this week.
