Lung <br />Divishm Director <br />Enclosed you will find the Division of Minerals and Geology's Proposed Decision Package, for Transfer of <br />Permit at the West Elk Mine. In accordance with Rule 2.08.6(6), the thirty (30) day public comment period for <br />the Division's decision begins on this date. Notice of the proposed decision will be published in the Delta <br />County Independent as soon as possible. <br />Stipulations, if any are imposed, are included on the enclosed riders to the permit. If stipulations are <br />imposed, an authorized representative of Mountain Coal Company, LLC. must sign and return one rider to the <br />Division.
