Box 488 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Walden, CO 80480 <br />RE: Adequacy Review Comments -Riley Pit, Regular 112 Conversion Application <br />Class: Revision Type-Seq.: CN-1 Permit No. M-1978-266 <br />Deaz Mr. Selcer: <br />Listed below are adequacy review comments on the above-captioned Regular 112 Conversion application <br />for a total of 19.09 permitted acres. The decision date for your application is scheduled for March 7, 2005. <br />Therefore, I would appreciate a response from you on or before February 25, 2005. (Please be sure to <br />include two (2) copies of your response). Please be advised that your conversion application may be <br />deemed inadequate and maybe denied on March 7, 2005 unless the following adequacy review items are <br />addressed to the satisfaction of the Division. <br />6.4.2 EXHIBIT B -Index Maa <br />1. In conformance with Rule 6.4.2, please provide a revised copy of the Index Map which shows the <br />direction and distance to the nearest town, labeled County Roads used to access the Riley Pit, and location <br />of the Riley Pit (appeazs to be dazk shaded area). <br />6.4.3 EXHIBIT C -Pre-Minine and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands <br />2. In accordance with Rule 6.2.1)2), please revise all maps (except for the Index Map) to conform to the <br />following criteria: <br />show name of the Applicant <br />must be prepared and signed by a registered land surveyor, professional engineer, or other <br />qualified person <br />give date prepared <br />at a map scale of not larger than 1 inch = 50' nor smaller than 1 inch = 660' <br />include map scale, appropriate legend, map title, date, and north arrow <br />3. In accordance with Rule 6.4.3, please revise the Exhibit C -Pre-Mining and Mining Plan Map to <br />portray the following information: <br />all adjoining surface owners of record <br />Office of <br />Mined Land Reclamation <br />Office of <br />Active and Inactive Mines <br />Colorado <br />Geological Survey <br />
