~~~~ <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado Revised <br />Statutes, hereby issues notice that on Mazch 28, 2005, a minor revision application (MR-53) to the Bowie <br />No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C-1996-083, operated by Bowie Resources, LLC, P.O. Box 483, Paonia, CO <br />81428 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. In Minor Revision No.53, Bowie Resources, <br />LLC is proposing to drill two geotech drill holes in order to evaluate the feasibility of mining a third west <br />longwall panel in the B-seam coal. Both drill sites will be along existing roads. One drill site is on land <br />owned by the Company and the other site is on land managed by the Bureau of Land Management.
