The revision was submitted by <br />Trapper Mining Inc. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this <br />date of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to construct a sediment control pond on approximately 0.75 acre of land within the <br />applicant's existing mine permit area in the W 1/2, Sec. 6, TSN, R90W. The location is approximately 5 miles <br />south of Craig, Colorado and is shown on the Castor Gulch USGS 7.5 minute quadrangle map. <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for public inspection at the Moffat County Courthouse, 221 <br />W Victory Way, Craig, CO 81625, and at the Division office. For additional information or to provide written <br />cottunents, contact the Division of Minerals and Geology, Roont 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. In order for us to comp]y with regulatory time frames, we request that <br />comments be submitted within fifteen (l5) days of this letter.
