The Proposed Decision Form is enclosed.
Documentation must be submitted to the Division demonstrating that a copy of the approved revision application
was sent to the Office of Surface Mining and the Bureau of Land Management. The material should be sent wi[hin
I S days of final approval.
The increase in liability associated with Minor Revision No. 243 is $4,146.63. While reviewing this revision,
however, we became aware of an error in our estimate for a previous revision. The most recent cost estimate included
duplicate costs to mobilize a motor grader to the site, so the estimate for this revision includes deletion of one task
to mobilize the grader (previously Task 309). The revised total liability for the site is now $10,746,842.00.
Please refer to the Performance Bond heading on the enclosed proposed decision form. If [he amount of "Bond
Held" equals or exceeds the "Revised Liability", you need not submit additional bond. However, if the "Revised
Liability" exceeds the "Bond Held", please submit additional bond or rider to your existing bond that equals or
exceeds the "Revised Liability". The revision will not be final until the bond is approved by the Division.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
~~~ ~ ~~~
Michael P.
