Following are Minrec's responses to the DMG's questions
and concerns:
1. Drawing D-3-20 was revised to show the subsurface owners on lands contiguous
to the permit boundary. / :/ ~ i
J 2. Pages 4-ivy 4~ 4-46 ~ 4-49, 4-85 and 4-86 are enclosed. A discussion of
permanent road retention was added to pages 4-iv, 4-48 and 4-85.~-~ _
~3. Page 4-66e was revised to describe maintenance requirements for the portal
bridge.
4. We apparently have some discrepancy in our permits. Page 2-13, revised 8/14/95,
contains paragraph 2.03.101dentification of Other Licenses and Permits. Is this the
page you want revised? This section can be revised when Pitkin County's position
on the disposal area is formalized. Enclosed is a copy of page 2-13..
5. Enclosed are revised pages 4-66j and 4-66k which expand the discussion of the
pond cleanings disposal area to include topsoil salvage, vegetation removal,
sediment load, etc.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Sincerely, ~~`
_ \ r~ I°
I V I ~ f
J.
