This Deed of Trust replaces the one <br />we previously held for both the 9.09 acre site located in Section 10 of Jefferson County and the <br />"185" acre site located in Section 15 of Jefferson County. The Deed of Trust reflecting both sites, <br />originally recorded under Reception No. F0280348, Page 1-6 on August 5, 1996 in Jefferson <br />County is hereby released in its entirety and is enclosed herewith along with the signed REQUEST <br />FOR RELEASE OF DEED OF TRUST document.
