Long <br />Division Director <br />We have received your technical revision application to revise your permit (File <br />No. C-82-057) to conduct coal mining in Colorado. Our initial revie~,v indicates <br />that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal Mining <br />Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et sue., have been submitted; thus your <br />technical revision application has been deemed complete for the purdoses of filing <br />on the above date. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and <br />Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing. <br />A copy of the technical revision applicat~cn, less env confidentia~ information, <br />must be filed for public inspection ac the '~avden Public Library. Any subsequent <br />changes cr additions must also be made `n -nis coby. <br />The proposed ne~.v5paper advertisement submitted .vith the applica+.ion has been found <br />to be satisfactory. You should commence publication of this advertisement as <br />specified in Rule 2.07.3.(2) of the Regulations with the exception that the <br />publication need only be run once. Proof of the publication of the advertisement <br />must be filed with the Division as soon as available after the publication date. <br />The staff is Currently reviewing your technical revision application to determine <br />~.vhether' the items you have submitted are adequate in terms of meeting the <br />requirements of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board.
