l ~ <br />Notice of Proposed Decision <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has issued a proposed decision on <br />November 9, 1984 approving a technical revision to the Mining and Reclamation <br />Plan for the New Pryor Strip mine, file No. C-031-81, under the provisions of <br />the Colorado Surface Coal Mining and Reclamation Act of 1979. <br />The proposed revision was submitted by American Fuels, Inc., P.O. Box 511, <br />Aguilar, Colorado 81082. <br />The subject revision is for construction of additional sediment control <br />measures at the mine site in the SW 1/4 of Sec. 19, T29S, R65W. <br />Copies of the proposed revision are available for public inspection at the <br />Coiorado Mined Land Reclamation Division, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 423, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203, or at the office of the Huerfano County Clerk and <br />Recorder, Walsenburg, Colorado. <br />Any person who has an interest which is or may be adversely affected may <br />request a formal hearing regarding this decision. Requests for a formal <br />hearing must be made to the Division in writing within ten (10) days of this <br />publication and shall state with reasonable specificity the reasons for the <br />request and the objections to the proposed decision. <br />/yt <br />
