Public Notice <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on Apri13, 2007, a minor revision application (MR-340) to the <br />West Elk Mine, Permit No. C-1980-007, operated by Mountain Coal Company, LLC, P.O. Box 591, <br />Somerset, CO 81434 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The operator proposes to re- <br />align part of the Box Canyon access road.
