Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trvstee <br />I discussed Twentymile Coal Company's application for Technical Revision (TR) 44 with Mr. Carl <br />Johnston at the Denver office of the US Office of Surface Mining today via telephone. <br />Mr. Johnston informed me that, based on the information from the TR-44 application that I <br />discussed with him, Twentymile Coal Company will not need to modify its Federal Mine Plan for <br />the Foidel Creek Mine.
