Elimination of sediment collection ditches on and <br />around the edges of the refuse disposal embanlonent. <br />These changes alleviate all the concerns found is <br />stipulations 1, 2 and 3 of the Division's Draft Findings Document <br />for permit renewal dated October 2, 1987. Additionally, this <br />revision removes the need to expand the sedimentation pond and <br />relocate watershed diversion ditches.l and 2 as described in the <br />Permit Renewal document submitted on July 14, 1987. Therefore, <br />EFMC has included with this application the original designs for <br />the sedimentation pond, watershed diversion ditch #1, and <br />watershed diversion ditch #2.
