Canany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Thank you for your recent submittal of materials to update the Mazch 30, 2005 CLOMR Document; July 6, <br />2005 correspondence to FEMA, and correspondence from Kim Ogle of the Weld County Planning <br />Department and Frank Hempen of the Weld County Public Works Department. To date, the adequacy <br />concerns listed in the Division's April 13, 2005 adequacy letter have not be resolved. As you know, the <br />Flood Control Mitigation Plan (FCMP) constitutes the final reclamation measures for the existing flood <br />control berm for the Durham Pit. We appreciate your diligence in completing the review process for this <br />"Flood Control Mitigation Plan" technical revision request. Attached is a copy of the Division's April 13, <br />2005 adequacy review letter.
