Aggregate Industries - WCR, Inc. is now the pemLitted operator of the Deer <br />Creek Quarry, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in Permit No. M-1997-014, as well as those speci5ed <br />in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is the Performance Warranty, which was originally provided.
