D-C20, which is a diversion ditch designed under Rules 4.05.3(1) and (2). The culvert on
the north end of the parking area, culvert C-C21, also receives runofffrom ditch D-C20
and it is a designed culvert. Please explain why the proposed culvert on the south end of
the office parking lot should not be a designed culvert.
The Division has no further concerns. In an a-mail response dated November 5, 2007,
BRL explained that the undesigned culvert will not receive runoff water from ditch D-
C20 since that ditch flows to the north. The culvert is intended to drain any low spots, if
any, on the south side of the parking lot.
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
t`°`°° J \
osep J.
