Notice of Proposed Decision <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has issued a proposed decision to adjust the <br />required reclamation bond for Foidel Creek Mine, Permit No. C-1982-056. Twentymile Coal Company <br />operates the mine under provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1970. This <br />adjustment resulted from the mid-teen review of the current 5 yeaz permit as required by Rule 2.08.3 and in <br />accordance with Rule 3.02.2(4). The Division is proposing to increase the amount of bond required to be <br />held by the Division from $6,357,953.00 to $6,984,559.84, an increase of $626,606.84.
