We are currently preparing <br />the revised set of as-built calculations for Diversion Ditch No. <br />2. To allow Seneca time to finish this work and give the Division <br />time to review the new material to be submitted, Seneca requests <br />a 20-day extension of the deadline to December 30. We have been <br />unable to finish this work, due to some other deadlines on <br />zevision materials requested by the Division for the Seneca II <br />and II-W mines. <br />Should you or any other members of the Division have any <br />questions regarding this information, please do not hesitate to <br />rnntaCY me. <br />Sincerely, . <br />Michael G.
