Slope Flagstone Pit # 2, M-1996-076, Financial Warranty Increase. <br />Dear Mr. Fontanari: <br />On October 30~', 2001 this office advised you that an increase of the reclamation bond in the amount of $552.00 <br />was required on the above referenced site. At a subsequent inspection on December 4°i, 2001 it was discussed <br />that Western Flagstone would be submitting an amendment that would in all probability increase the required <br />bonding. Although the increase is not much, it is a loose end for which this office must track until it is submitted. <br />By Rule, Western Flagstone had 60 days (12/31/01) to submit a new bond to cover the increase. In good faith <br />this office extended that date in anticipation of the forth coming amendment. To date the amendment application <br />has not been received.
