LochheaA <br />&ecu~ivr Dueaoi <br />Mid~arln Lnng <br />Divivon Ductlor <br />Pursuant to Rule 7.3.1 of the Mineral Rules and Regulations, no construction work shall <br />begin on any subsequent phase of an environmental protection facility without first <br />obtaining Office acceptance. <br />BMRI is required to conduct a series of investigations to define the physical <br />characteristics of the tailings which underlie the raise in order to confirm the viability of <br />the conceptual embankment raise design.
