• <br />' EXHIBIT K <br />' CLIMATE INFORMATION <br />BRADBURY PIT <br />' The climate is marked by a wide seasonal range. Sudden or severe weather changes aze infrequent, <br />mainly due to the high ring of mountains azound the valley. This protective topography results in a <br />' low annual precipitation of approximately eight (8) inches. The nature of the valley and its <br />locatioq with typical valley breezes, provide some spring and fall frost protection, resulting in an <br />average growing season of 190 days from April to October. Although temperatures have ranged to <br />' a high of 105 degree Fahrenheit, the usual strmmer temperatures range in the middle 90's in the <br />daytime and to the low 60's at night.
