<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ll <br />1 <br /> <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />~ • <br />E)i~TI' G <br />WATER INFORMATION <br />BRADBURY PTI' <br />This operation is not expected to directly affect surface or groundwater. <br />The pit is located approximately one-half mile south of Kannah Creek and 150 feet in elevation <br />feet above it. No groundwater was encountered in the azea previously mined by Mesa County <br />Road Department. <br />Surface water within the distwbed area will remain within the pit during the mining operation and <br />after the pit has been reclaimed. No swface runoff will leave the site. See Exhibit F for site <br />drainage. After mining has been completed surface drainage hom the distwbed azeas will drain to <br />the west end of the excavated azea and pond until it evaporates and or seeps through the gravel <br />layer remaining on the west side of the pit. <br />The estimated daily quantity of water required during the mining operation is 10,000 gallons per <br />day. The annual water requirement is 1200 M Gallons based on 120 days per yeaz of operation. <br />Water will be used for dust conirol. Water will be pwchased from the property owner. <br />1 <br />
