III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII <br />999 <br />Public Notice <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on January 21, 2000, a minor revision application (MR-28) <br />to the McClane Canyon Mine, Permit No. C-1980-004, operated by Lodestar Energy, Inc., 333 West <br />Vine Street, Lexington, KY 40507 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. This revision <br />will allow for relocation of a previously approved gasoline tank from the office parking azea to the <br />equipment storage area across from the sediment pond. The tank is stand mounted, 500 gallon <br />capacity, with secondary containment.
