This material responds to the <br />lone deficiency question discussed during our phone conversation on <br />Thursday, February 22. These pages were faxed to you that afternoon <br />and were subsequently approved. <br />The following instructions should be followed for inserting this <br />material into the PAP: <br />Volume 14, Tab 25 <br />1. Replace pages 12, 13, and 14 with the revised duplexed pages. <br />2.
