Notice of the proposed decision will be
published as soon as possible. The publication will initiate the ten (10) day
public comment period for the Division's decision.
The proposed decision allows for some flexibility with respect to ditch
configuration and with respect to riprap placement in portions of the ditch
which do not exceed 10%. The constructed ditch must provide for the design
capacity whether trapezoidal or triangular and must be capable of handling the
design flow without erosion.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Si ncerel ~~~
Dan T.
