Amount of {later: Synthetic Products Ditch: <br />60 cfs <br />Craig Reservoir: 44,486 acre feet <br />Findings of reasonable diligence have previously been <br />made by this Court as to these conditional decrees, the most <br />recent being the Judgment and Decree entered on February 22, <br />1974, and the Judgment and Decree entered on October 15, <br />1976, under Case P7o. W-14. <br />In support of this Application, and in addition to the <br />progress previousl}• reported, the applicant states as foi- <br />lows: <br />1. The Craig Reservoir and the Synthetic Products <br />Ditch are, and have been, considered together because they <br />are part of the same water system; and, taken together, are <br />intended to meet the water needs of the applicant's Craig <br />Project, a large-scale coal mining, electrical energy gen- <br />eration and synthetic products operation. The Craig Project <br />is a multimillion dollar project of great complexity, thereby <br />neressitatinq comprehensive engineering, processing, geo- <br />logical and other studies. Sucli studies have been ongoing <br />and have continued since the progress previousl}• reported. <br />
