Banta. <br />Division Director <br />PROPOSED DECISION <br />NOTICE is hereby given that the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />has required Sunland Mining Corporation to submit an increased reclamation <br />bond for the Apex No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C-S1-011, located in Sections 21 and <br />22, T5N, R86W in Routt County. The bond will increase from E82,400 to <br />X172,000. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the <br />Proposed Decision may request a formal hearing before the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board on the Proposed Decision. Such request must be made within <br />30 days of the first publication of the Proposed Decision by the Division, be <br />in writing and state, with reasonable specificity, the reasons for the request <br />and the objections to the.
