She indicated <br />that Bear Coal Company, and Mr. and Mrs. Mautz have been working <br />well together. She requested that Bear Coal Company provide a <br />letter of notification to them for any permit revision which would <br />affect the Mautz surface. <br />While this is not a formal requirement, we encourage <br />Bear Coal Company to provide notifications to Mr. and Mre. Mautz, <br />at the beginning of any permitting process which may affect their <br />interests.
