Young & Co. of Pueblo, a registered <br />Colorado Engineer, who has been involved with water matters in this end of the State for over 20 <br />years. You can see that it is his professional opinion no additional work will be necessary to totally <br />contain a 10 year - 24 hour storm event and that the installion of a discharge pipe is not required. <br />This should answer the requirements of Condition ] to complete [he Permit conditions. <br />Please call me if there are any questions. <br />Cordially <br />Lloyd V.
