Application Form-Item 3. After further review of the existing permit acreage, 55.4 acres seems to be the correct number. The following is a breakdown of what I show the acreage to be: Original Permit per the application--------------------------------- 51.0 Acres Amendment #1---------------------------------------------------------12.8 TR-001 Delete Mesa Rock & field to the north of Mesa Rock---(8.6) TR-001 Add Scales-----------------------------------------------------~.2 Total: 55.4 Acres Application Form-Item 9. Ute Meridian is correct. Application Form-Item 10. The post-mining land use refers only to the Amendment #2 area. Exhibit C. The drain ditch to be discharged into is located about 700 feet south of the southeast comer of the Amendment #2 area and is therefore off of the Exhibit C Map. See Exhibit C- 1(photo) for the ditch location. The permit boundaries will be the property lines. Mining or stockpiling of material can not occur within 30 feet of a property line without written permission of the property owner per City Code. We will include this setback within the permit boundaries because it will be disturbedfiy construction traffic.
