Lonµ <br />Division Director <br />This letter is being written to inform you that the Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) <br />recalculated the financial warranty required for the Braley Pit#1, Permit #M-80-020, after our <br />last inspection on September 17, 1997. Given the current level of reclamation, and the progress <br />which has been made at the site, the bond required for this site has decreased to $68,250.00, a <br />reduction of $4,723.00 from the currently required bond of $72,973.00, Should ARS Sand & <br />Gravel request a reduction to their bond within the next 60 days, DMG would be able to approve <br />such a request without further inspection of the site.
