The application
proposes new thickener underflow lines to convey slurry from two washplant thickeners
to a new 8-inch I.D. cased borehole, where underground pipelines will carry the slurry to
abandoned and sealed underground mine workings. Pipelines passing under Foidel
Creek may be installed via conventional pipeline boring, jacking methods or conventional
trenching methods. Currently, the SEO has no objection to the application.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact the information desk of this office at (303)
868-3587 and reference the receipt number.
Sincere) ,
Mark J.
