Enclosed are 1 original copy and 4 copies. <br />Payment was previously submitted to the Division <br />All requirements were addressed and maps. Exhibit H-Wildlife Information was address <br />but DOW never responded to the enclosed letter. <br />In another matter, we have received complaints regarding mining without a permit for an <br />individual mining on his property but hauling the material to where a new head start <br />building is being buih.
