<br />SHERIFF'S DEED UNDER FORECLOSURE DECREE

<br />THIS DEED is made on this ~- day of October, 2002, between Roger
<br />Benton, as Sheriff of the County of Costilla, State of Colorado, and The Board of
<br />County Commissioners of Costilla County, Colorado, Grantee, whose legal
<br />address is P.O. Box 100, San Luis, Colorado 81152
<br />WHEREAS, Charles Shows did in the District Court for Costilla County
<br />Colorado, obtain a judgment and decree against Kenneth L. Hershey dated April
<br />5, 2001 directed to the Sheriff of Costilla County, State of Colorado; And
<br />WHEREAS, by virtue of said judgment and decree, the sheriff levied upon
<br />the property hereinafter described and, after public notice had been given of the
<br />time and place of sale as required by law, said property was offered by sale and
<br />sold according to said notice, and a certificate of purchase was made and
<br />recorded in the office of the county clerk and recorder; and
<br />WHEREAS, all periods of redemption have expired.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, Roger Benton, Sheriff of Costilla County, State of
<br />Colorado, in consideration of the premises, confirm the sale and sell and convey
<br />to grantee the following described property located in Costilla County, Colorado:
<br />Beginning at the point of intersection between the Westerly limit of the San Luis
<br />Valley Southern Railroad and the South line of Section 28, whence the
<br />Southwest corner of said Section 28 bears S89°59'W, 2021.2 feet,

<br />way,
