The annual total low flow on the North Fork of the
Gunnison in 1977, a low flow year, was 82,270 acre-feet.
The water monitoring plan was revised to include a year's worth of monthly
field parameter monitoring and three water quality samples from spring CR 12
in Lone Pine Gulch and three B-seam wells (23-H-1, Som C-72-H and SOM 127-H)
and one Rollins Sanastone well (SOM-128-H). This monitoring will serve as
verification of previously acquired data. These sites will revert to the main
monitoring plan of triannual sampling following collection of at least a
year's worth of representative data.
