Description <br />shall be by township, rdage, and section, to at least the nearest quarter- <br />quartcr section. A metes and bounds survey description is a]so acceptable. <br />Also, the street address or lot number(s) may be used. This information is <br />available from the County Assessor's oSce or U.S. Geological .Survey <br />(USGS) maps. <br />(2) A map showing information sufficient to determine the <br />lotxZion of the affected land on the ground and existing and proposed roads <br />or access routes to be used in connection with the mining operation. <br />Names of all immediately adjacent surface owners of rsoatd shall .also be <br />shown. The operation location map shall be a standard 1:24,000 scale U.S. <br />Geological Survey map. The location of the proposed operation shall be <br />shown and labeled with the mine she name. <br />63.2 EX,H>BTT B -Site Descripb'on <br />Items (a)-(c) below most be addressed to the extent necessary to <br />demonstrate compliance with the applicable performance stimdard <br />requirements of Rule 3. At a minimum, the Operator/Applicant shall <br />include the following infmation: <br />(a) a description of the vegetation and soil ~t,~~~~K <br />in the area of the proposed operation. The local offix of the Soil <br />Conservation Service (SCS) may provide you with this information <br />as well as recommendations for Exhibit D -Reclamation P1m; <br />(b) identify any permanemman-made sttnctures within <br />two hundred (200) feet of the affected area and the owner of each <br />strucrtae. Each strucune should lx located an Exhibit E - ]~fap; <br />(c) a description of the water resources in the arert of the <br />proposed operation. Identify any streams, springs, lakes, stock <br />water ponds, ditches, reservoirs, and aquifres which would receive <br />drainage diretxly from the affected area. Provide any information <br />available from publications or monitoring data on flow rates, water <br />table elevations and water quality cond'mons; and <br />(d) A wildlife statement prepared by. the Collorado <br />Division of Wildlife (DOW) is not required for Limited :Impact <br />Operations.
