The Division has the following <br />questions and comments regarding this revision. <br />1. Table 49, in the permit, should be updated to include the <br />additional soil that will placed in stockpiles. <br />2. The Division understands that the expansion of the parking lot <br />may require disturbance of the oakbrush to the south of the <br />current lot. If possible, MCC may attempt to live-haul a few <br />shrub clumps to the west side of the refuse pile. This <br />practice is recommended by the Division. <br />3. The Division has estimated a cost to remove the asphalt and <br />light poles. The estimate is enclosed for your review. The <br />total is $5,519,671.00.
