Based on the <br />information supplied, we believe the present nature of the proposed project area is such that no <br />impact to cultural resources will occur. <br />Should human remains be discovered during mining activities the requirements under State law <br />CRS 24.80 part 13 must be followed. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
