It should be noted that-. <br />the rate of mining, and thus the timing of when mining will occur, <br />will change from time to time. Results of our subsidence <br />monitoring program indicate the most significant subsidence will <br />occur within 90 days of when the longwall passes beneath an area. <br />CEC does not anticipate that any~inaterial damage .would 'result that~.',~~ <br />might cause a diminution of reasonably foreseeable use. Longwall <br />extraction beneath your property is not anticipated to occur prior <br />to mid-1997, with our primary focus being main entry development <br />for the next 24 months.
