Box 70, Loma, CO 81524, was <br />deemed complete for the purposes of filing. The permit area <br />is located in the following portions of Township 7, Range 102 West, 6th P.M., <br />Garfield County, Colorado: <br />Section 15 ALL <br />Section 21 E 1/2, E 1/2 W 1/2, SW 1/4 NW 1/4, and NW 1/4 SW 1/4 <br />Section 22 ALL <br />Section 16 E 1/2 <br />Section 27 N 1/2 <br />Section 28 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 and NE 1/4 NW 1/4 <br />The renewal application includes updated compliance information and <br />modifications to the hydrologic monitoring plan. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map <br />of Garvey Canyon and Howard Canyon. A copy of the application is available <br />for public inspection at the Garfield County Courthouse in Glenwood Springs, <br />Colorado. Written comments, objections or requests for an informal conference <br />on the application may be submitted to, and additional information obtained <br />from, the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567.
