Long <br />Division Director <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised <br />Statutes, the Division of Minerals and Geology hereby issues notice that on <br />February 12, 1993, a technical revision application for a permit to conduct <br />coal mining operations by Mountain Coal Company, P.O. Box 591, Somerset, <br />Colorado 81434, was deemed complete for the purposes of filing. All reviews <br />and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated <br />thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant proposes to revise underground coal mining operations on: <br />Sections 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, <br />28, 29, 30 and 34, Township 13 South, Range 90 West of <br />the 6th P.M., in Gunnison County. <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map <br />of Somerset. A copy of the technical revision application is available for <br />public inspection at the Gunnison County Courthouse, 200 East Virginia, <br />Gunnison, Colorado.
