L.P. <br />Request for Technical Revision No. 38 <br />Livestock Water Tank Implementation <br />Deaz Erica: <br />Attached please find a request for Technical Revision No. 38 to implement livestock water tanks on <br />selected reclaimed areas. <br />Enclosed please find the following: <br />• Technical Revision application <br />• Inspection Report Sheet <br />• Public Notice <br />• SEDCAD runs for each livestock tank <br />• A section from the 1995 Annual Reclamation Report map showing proposed tank <br />locations, watersheds, and length of slope <br />• Revisions to section 4.05-9 of the Permit <br />These livestock tanks would provide water for the post mining land use of grazing and wildlife <br />habitat. The tanks will hold some runoff during storm events or snowmelt and will provide water for <br />livestock and wildlife around these times.
