Farmer's commitment to reclaim this azea must begin as
soon as weather permits in order to finally clear up this matter. Please notify this Office when Farmer's
begins work on this azea and a general time line for seeding, etc.
Farmer' is reminded of the commitment to a maximum of 10 acres of disturbance at any one time. The
reclamation bond of $18,573.00 calculated in January and posted in May of this year by Farmer's
reflects this commitment.
Additional documentation will he forthcoming from the Denver Office as soon as it receives the
paperwork from this Office.
If you need additional information, please contact me at the Division of Minerals and Geology, Grand
Junction Field Office, 101 S. 3rd St., Suite 301, Grand Junction, Colorado 81501, telephone no.
970.241.1117.
Sincerely,
~~~~_ .
G.
