Long <br />Division Director <br />Re: Woodring Pit, Permit No. M-78-323, Receipt of 110(2) to 112 Reclamation <br />Permit Conversion Application <br />Dear Mr. Kirtland: <br />On September 19, 1994, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your <br />application to convert the Woodring Pit (formally called the Webb Pit) from a <br />110(2) Limited Impact Permit to a 112 Regular Reclamation Operation. <br />Preliminary review determined that the following items must be submitted <br />before review of your application can begin: <br />APPLICATION AND EXHIBIT PACKAGH: The Division received only four (4) of <br />the required five (5) sets of the Application package. Please submit one <br />(1) additional set of the application form and all the exhibits. Also, <br />before submitting the additional set please complete page 3 - <br />"Responsibilities as a Permittee" of the application form (the page is <br />labeled page 6). <br />You may amend your application by submitting the requested items. in <br />accordance with Rule 1.8, a decision date will be established 90 days from the <br />date of receipt of all requested items. If you have already initiated <br />publication, you will need to republish notice which specifies the final date <br />for receiving comments is the 20th day after the fourth publication or the <br />next regular business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br />deficiencies in your application.
