The application is requesting <br />permission to expand an existing 110 mining permit for sand and gravel to a larger 112 <br />permit containing 49'.9 acres from property located in Morgan County known as the <br />Nicholson Gravel Pit (SE 1/4 of Section 24, T6N, RSSW of the 6th P.M.).
