A Conditional Use Permit shall be issued contingent on the acceptance and observance by the <br />Applicant of the following specified conditions: <br />Hours and days of hauling will be limited to 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through <br />Friday and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., not to exceed 26 Saturdays per year. <br />Documentation shall be provided notifying the Department of Planning and Zoning <br />each time the trucks aze in operation on a Saturday. <br />(Per the complaint, trucks have hauled on two Saturdays in October, on the /-J"' & <br />31 ", and Red Canyon Quarry has notified the County that they hauled on only one <br />Saturday in October.) <br />As per the Fremont County Zoning Resolution 8.2.10 (see attached) you are hereby notified that <br />operation of C.U.P #96-6 Red Canyon LLC/Stack without observing the above conditions shall <br />result in a violation of your Conditional Use Permit. <br />We aze requesting that you contact the Department to discuss the possible violation to verify if <br />you have violated any conditions of the Conditional Use Permit. <br />You are hereby notified to contact the Department within five (5) days of this notice.
