Originally, Trapper proposed to construct eleven livestock
ponds in 1986, however, adverse weather conditions limited construction to
four ponds. The remaining seven ponds are to be constructed in late spring-
early summer of 1987. In addition to the original eleven livestock ponds pro-
posed in 1986, six additional ponds will be proposed for construction in
reclaim areas in 1987. These ponds will be addressed in future
correspondence.
Also enclosed is a letter from Randy Lowry, USDA Soil Conservation Service,
confirming construction adequacy of finished ponds. All remaining ponds and
any future pond construction will meet or exceed State and Federal Standards
and Specifications for livestock pond cons ruction as described in my previous
correspondence (Clarification to Technical Revision TR-29, File No. C-81-010,
Livestock Pond Location un Reclaimed Lands) dated 9/12/86.
Please contact William Agnew or me if you have any further questions or
comments.
Best w,i/~shes for the holidays,
H.
