The shallow soils are associated v.~th numerous rock outcrops. <br />Detailed soil descriptions are given in the Colorado IJivision of NLirerals and Geology permit for <br />National King Coal's Federal Coa3 Leases P-05830Q COC-29125, COC-44465 and CCC-b0941. <br />The land within the project azea does not consist of prime or unigr~;, rarmlands, or alluvial valley <br />7 <br />
